The following conditions apply to all payment transactions on cv880:

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out below.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses credited to cv880 accounts unless the individual promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise:

Where cv880 determines that any of the above conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to take all reasonable steps to recover losses sustained by the platform as a result, including deducting amounts from the player's account balance and initiating legal proceedings where the value of losses warrants such action.

Liability & Law

Limitation of Liability and Governing Principles

cv880 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv880 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for any particular purpose, or freedom from technical errors. Planned maintenance, emergency updates, and circumstances beyond cv880's reasonable control — including network outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or parts of it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cv880's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause whatsoever — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total value of funds deposited by that player into their cv880 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cv880 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits or winnings that would have been obtained but for the alleged breach.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved by agreement between you and cv880 support may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
